I am experiencing significant shedding, facing early baldness at just 26 years old. I take 2 pills after meals as suggested in other reviews. The shedding has almost completely halted, and my hair is growing longer. I also use castor oil treatments multiple times weekly and take an additional Altman pill before bed.

Perfectly! Hair has stopped falling out completely! My experience shows that fasting can help with hair loss. I was initially horrified by the amount of hair lost. I am unsure what caused the hair loss, but it could be due to vitamin deficiencies or hormonal issues. After extensive testing and treatment, the fallout has finally stopped! The recovery process is lengthy, but I remain hopeful.

Take while eating! The vitamins are excellent, as I've noticed significantly less hair loss after three weeks. Many report feeling sick from them, but instructions state to take them with food. When I failed to do so, I felt nauseated, but overall, I'm pleased with the results.

Solgar's Perfect Complex includes sulfur in the form of MSM. This organic sulfur is vital for our bodies and supports nails, skin, and soft tissues. While most MSM is lost during cooking, its significance increases with age. This complex, especially with red algae silicon, contributed positively to my hair and nails. I noticed decreased hair loss and enhanced growth. However, consistency is key; at least six months of use is needed for true results. I strongly recommend it!

Not bad at all! I began taking this product due to significant hair loss. Biotin is not included, so I also combined it with another supplement. After about 2.5 weeks, my nails noticeably improved, becoming stronger and growing faster. Within another month, hair loss decreased, and I observed new hair growth. While my hair didn’t entirely stop falling out, it is now at a manageable level, and my lashes also became thicker.

At 55 years old, I noticed excessive hair loss. After three months of use, the shedding ceased. I take it twice daily with food and follow a supportive diet rich in seeds, fruits, and vegetables while keeping sugar low. My shedding may be hormonal, requiring patience and possibly targeted supplements. I have seen improvement and will revisit this formula intermittently.
